How it works
Your prep context
Tell us the role you want, who you are aiming at, your domain, and real job posts. Then set your prep dates (start and end) or a single interview date—we use all of this together to pace your plan.
Complete role, companies, industry, at least 200 characters of job posts, and your dates (start & end, or interview date) to continue.
What happens first
We read your role, companies, domain, and pasted job posts, then suggest a short list of high-signal skills. On the right you will tune how familiar you are with each one so the plan matches your reality—not a generic checklist.
Tips for better plans
- Name real employers or categories (e.g. Google, TCS, Series A fintech)—not just “FAANG” or “top companies.”
- Paste several complete job posts so overlapping requirements surface as a shared skill map.
- A fixed interview date tightens the schedule; a date range spreads prep more evenly.
- You can return and regenerate plans after you tweak postings or your target list.
Before you click "Find focus skills"
- Role matches titles you actually search for.
- Companies are concrete (names or clear segments), not only “big tech.”
- You pasted several full JDs so shared skills can emerge.
- Dates match when you can prep each week or your interview.
